Bonus Terms & Conditions

• A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn — this is known as the wagering requirement
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is typically between 15x and 30x
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games or bet types

Betting Rules

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded

• In a parlay bet, a single losing leg will result in the entire bet being lost

Prohibited Activities

If any such activity is detected, Jale Taka will take immediate action — ranging from account suspension to permanent closure and legal proceedings.

Account Closure & Suspension

Jale Taka may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For failure to cooperate with the verification process
• Extended inactivity for more than 1 year
• At the user's own request
• For self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy

To close your account voluntarily, contact the Jale Taka support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to your registered number.

Limitation of Liability

Jale Taka accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses on bets or games due to internet disconnection
• Delays due to disruptions in third-party services (mobile banking)
• Losses resulting from a user sharing their own password with others
• Account access after a mobile device is lost or stolen
