Tournament
Jale Taka regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard challenges. Here's how participation works:
- Auto-Registration: Most tournaments don't require separate registration — simply place a bet on the designated game and you're automatically entered.
- Earning points: Points are earned on every bet based on specific rules. Typically, 1 point per ৳100 bet.
- Leaderboard Rankings: Leaderboard rankings update live throughout the tournament. The top 10–50 players receive prizes.
- Prize Distribution: Prizes are credited to your account within 48 hours of the tournament ending. Rewards may include bonus credits, cashback, or free spins.

Jale Taka offers two options — temporary suspension and permanent closure.
Temporary suspension (1 day – 6 months):
- Log in → Profile Settings → go to the "Responsible Gaming" section.
- Select the "Take a Break" option and choose 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
- Once confirmed, the suspension takes effect immediately. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Permanent closure (Self-Exclusion):
- Go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → "Self-Exclusion", or email support: [email protected].
- Your account will be permanently closed within 24 hours of the request being received.
- Withdraw any remaining balance first.

Responsible Gaming

- Session time limit: Set how long you want to play in one session. You'll be automatically logged out when the time is up.
- Cooling Off: Suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.
- Spending report: Go to Profile → Transaction History to view a full breakdown for the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Payment
Jale Taka does not charge any processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, there are a few things worth knowing:
